Nag doesn't want Akhil to follow Jr NTR?
Akkineni Nagarjuna has got a clarity of how Akhil has to plan his career for enjoyng a long run in the Industry.
To a question on when Akhil is going to make his film debut, Nag replied, 'There is time, he is only 19-years-old. Definitely, he will come. Both of us have decided to wait till the end of this year. From new year, we will start looking at scripts and directors.'
What genre will Akhil will be picking up for his debut, he said, 'He is a young boy. I feel, he should do everything. I wish he should grow as an actor first, Stardom will automatically come next. For example, look at Ranbir Kapoor. What a fantastic actor? He has done Barfi, Rockstar, Yeh Jawaani Hai Dewaani and recently I have seen his Besharam trailer. With just four films, he has become an all-rounder.'
Film Observers say, Nagarjuna doesn't want Akhil to restrict himself to any particular genre to avoid facing the problems experienced by Jr NTR who achieved Stardom at the very beginning of his career with larger-than-life roles and then paid a heavy price for a period of time due to that fixed image.
